Lose Weight In 2 Weeks
In a healthy person, to lose weight in 2 weeks using a short term quick weight loss program such as the one presented here can help to initiate your preliminary weight loss but do not be mislead. You need to change your lifestyle for this weight loss to be permanent, especially if extra weight has been a continual
problem for you.
This diet plan works because it burns more fat (calories) than accumulating (calories) and since it avoids all sorts of food items that eventually gets converted into fat the weight loss is faster and harmless.
You must use common sense with any diet. If you are not comfortable, you can discontinue the diet program on any day.
You should drink at least 6- 7 glasses of water everyday unless specifically mentioned to drink more than this.
Continue this program until you lose extra weight. Once you attain proper weight, you may either continue or discontinue the diet plan and follow it whenever you need to.
Day 1 [Fruits Only] – Day one of your diet plan will start with all fruits only. You may eat any fruits of your choice and in any quantities except bananas. There is no limit. Eat till your full. You can substitute with packaged fruit juices but avoid fruit juices that have preservatives and added sugars, they don’t really do any good in this case. Don’t limit it to just one fruit, have as many different fruits you can. On day one, you must eat fruits only and don’t forget to drink at least 6-7 glasses of water.
Day 2 [Vegetables Only] – On this day you eat nothing but vegetables al day. If you prefer, you can have raw, cooked or un cooked vegetables. Eat as much as you want to, no quantity restrictions. If you want to cook the vegetables, you may do so but avoid using oil boiling or steaming is preferable. 6-7 glasses of water today also.
Day 3 [Fruits and Vegetables Only] – On day three, you will eat a mixture of fruits and vegetables as in day 1 and two.. No quantity restrictions, eat till you fill your stomach. Also, eat one banana today, just one!
Day 4 [Vegetables, Bananas and Milk Only] – Today you will eat 4-6 bananas, 2-3 glasses of milk and small quantity of vegetables. In the morning, for breakfast begin with 2 bananas and one large glass of milk. You will follow this in the afternoon for your lunch. In the evening eat 2 bananas, eat vegetables and drink one glass of milk.
Day 5 [Rice and Tomatoes Only] – Today you will have one cup of cooked rice, six full tomatoes (medium size) and since you are having a lot of tomatoes, drink more water today.
Day 6 [Rice and Vegetables Only] – One cup of rice and raw or cooked vegetables of your choice. It’s preferred that you eat rice in the morning and for rest of the day, eat vegetables.
Day 7 [Fruits, Vegetables and Rice Only] – On day seven, eat fruits, vegetables and 1 cup of rice. You may substitute fruits and vegetables with juices as well, but that is to avoid.
Day 8-14 [Fruits, Vegetables, Rice Plus small portion of baked chicken] – On day eight, eat fruits, vegetables and 1 cup of rice. You may substitute fruits and vegetables with juices as well. Continue this to lose weight in 2 weeks.
